Magento cheese is produced in the La Mancha region of Central Spain; an area known for its violent winds, extreme temperature changes and desert aridity.  Cheese is produced using traditional methods and subject to strict quality requirements.
Made from pasteurized sheep’s milk.
The photograph shows the cheese in the form of a whole 7 pounds.
We cut and wrap this item by hand – send a heat insulated bag to ensure freshness.
